HoneyBook is the #1 CRM for small businesses, giving members the tools they need to grow with confidence and build a life they love.

Following a rebrand, I helped translate the new identity into a flexible system that could scale across all marketing channels. The focus was on creating structure to keep things consistent, while staying flexible enough for teams to move quickly across lifecycle, paid, blog, web, and social.

The work also centered on simplifying a complex product through clear, focused storytelling.
I art directed a new library of photography featuring real members, bringing a more human and approachable voice to the brand. This storytelling became a core part of the system, showing
up consistently across campaigns and everyday touchpoints.
